Having served Cheshire SRA as chair for the past few years and in other capacities for many years before that, it is now time to step away to allow others to take Cheshire Squash forward.
My final task will be to report to the AGM on June 19th, which I hope you will attend. (Details on the news page)
I want to put on public record here my thanks to the support given to me by the Cheshire Committees and to the encouragement that I have received from all you players and clubs throughout the county.
If we want to see squash and racketball thrive in our clubs, we need to ensure that we have adequate resources. Please read the letter from the chairman on the documentation page
There is increasing interest in this.
Warrington Sports have offered to host a trials day to select a team and to make further plans for competitive Squash57 for all who wish it. Let us know if you are interested.
We need a group of people who would be willing to get squash57 established in the county.
